      Red Hat OpenStack Platform was rebranded as "Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift" in v.18 (GA Aug. 2024). See Official Red Hat product name list.

      We need to update the OpenStack common attribute for the current version. We can cherrypick to Foreman 3.12 and later versions.
