Description of problem:

While this is just a cosmetic issue, it looks really weird. When we install a sat and capsule 6.17 and then try to edit the capsule from Infrastructure --> Capsules page, It will show "Capsule|Download Policy" with a "|" included and that looks just odd.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a satellite and capsule 6.17

2. Edit the capsule to change it's download policy 

Actual behavior:

The text for download policy is Capsule|Download Policy

Expected behavior:

It should be Capsule Download Policy
