Problem Statement
[RFE] Disabling the Multi CV settings should alert if already in use by an activation-key
User Experience & Workflow
After enabling the "Allow multiple content views" settings and updating the activation-key works well. However the attempt to disable the setting back is smooth and in the activation-key, both the CV details are visible in Satellite GUI.
Now using that activation-key if one tries to register the host, it doesn't throw any error in "Global Registration Template" as well however in the host CLI, the below error is observed which is expected.
Activation key 'Multi_CV_test' is associated to multiple environments and registering to multiple environments is not enabled. (HTTP error code 400: Bad Request)
This system is not yet registered. Try 'subscription-manager register --help' for more information.
ERROR: not_found
Host was not found by the subscription UUID: '', this can happen if the host is registered already, but not to this instance
Requirements
The customer experience and troubleshooting would be easy if disabling the "Allow multiple content views" settings alert users that the setting was already used by an existing activation-key.
