      Description of problem:

The "Refresh Counts" button triggers a task that executes successfully, but the results are not reflected on the Satellite WebUI after the lifecycle environments added to the Capsule are removed and re-added.

      How reproducible: Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Synchronize some content on Satellite, add it to some Content Views and publish/promote the new version of content view to some newly created Lifecycle Environment (say "Dev")

      2. After the Capsule Synchronization has been successfully performed, navigate to Satellite WebUI -> infrastructure -> Capsules -> Capsule_Name -> Content and all the right counts are reflected

      3. Navigate to Satellite WebUI -> infrastructure -> Capsules -> Click on Edit against the Capsule Name -> Lifecycle Environments and remove the added lifecycle environment ("Dev"). Submit it.

      4. Follow the same procedure to now re-add the removed lifecycle environment ("Dev")

      5. Now navigate to Satellite WebUI -> infrastructure -> Capsules -> Capsule_Name -> Content. Expand the Lifecycle Environment ("Dev") and it will list all the added Content Views.

      6. Click on ellipsis (three vertical dots) mentioned against the name of listed Content View and click on "Refresh Counts". A task is initiated and completed successfully

      Actual behavior:
The Content Count is not refreshed and Synced status still shows Error. The previous Content Could gets completely removed and shows N/A

      Expected behavior:
The Content Count should get refreshed.  Since the Capsule Synchronization was never performed during removing and re-adding the Lifecycle Environment, the count should remain intact and should only change if the Capsule Sync is performed
