Description of problem:

While the Capsule page is loading in the Satellite WebUI, a bit of nonsensical text briefly appears in the 'Content Sync' section.

How reproducible: Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: Same behavior can be seen in older Satellite versions too

Steps to Reproduce:

 Navigate to 'Satellite WebUI -> Infrastructure -> Capsules' page. Click on the name of external Capsule server

Actual behavior:
Look for the values within 'Content Sync'  while the page is loading. Some placeholder text appears . (Refer attached screen image)

Expected behavior:

The Values within 'Content Sync' should be blank or should directly display the required fields
