Issue when creating filter in content view using openssl package

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a filter to exclude one specific version of openssl, for instance, rhel9, openssl version 3.2.2

Actual behavior:
The package doesn't match with the filter, instead, we need to add "1:3.2.2"

Expected behavior:
Filter out the package, just setting the version, which is "3.2.2"
