Describe the Issue:

1. What are the necessary/required parameters under [v3_req] that are currently required for the generation of the CSR and what are their purposes/functionalities.

1. To remove the parameters from the documentation which are not required.

Business Impact / Additional info:

1. Due to certain limitations with CA, the Cu had been advised to remove some parameters under [v3_req] from the openssl.cnf file.
