Description of problem:
In the Satellite 6.16 Server installation doc ([Installing Satellite Server in a connected network environment | Red Hat Product Documentation|https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html-single/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/index])
Section 1.9 (https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html-single/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/index#tuning-with-predefined-profiles_satellite) describes the steps necessary to configure the satellite server using predefined profiles. However, none of the commands you're instructed to issue have been installed yet. This section should be moved after Chapter 3 (https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html-single/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/index#Installing_Server_Connected_satellite) when the specified commands have been installed

No, the issue exists at least as far back as 6.14.
