foreman-maintain service restart fails after enabling debug mode on Satellite

How reproducible:

• Always (with Stream snap 88.0, rubygem-foreman_maintain-1.10.0-1)

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

• yes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. hammer admin logging --level-debug --all

2. foreman-maintain service restart

Actual behavior:
"foreman-maintain service restart" fails with following error:

809: unexpected token at 'pulp [None]: django_lifecycle.dataclass_validation:DEBUG: Calling validator: validate_hook 

Expected behavior:

• No error, service restart completes successfully.
