Description of problem:
After updating the consumer cert, the rhsm.conf file points to Red Hat CDN for subscription.
How reproducible:

Always on IPv6 network.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes, it works well on IPv4 network.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install consumer cert on host 

2. Verify server url in host subscription config is not Red Hat CDN url

3.

Actual behavior:
[server url in host subscription config is Red Hat CDN url]

Expected behavior:
[server url in host subscription config should be Satellite url]
