If a customer is using Insights with a proxy, they need to configure connections for both console.redhat.com and cert.console.redhat.com.

Task:

• Add "cert.console.redhat.com" to Table 1.4. Satellite Server outgoing traffic, Port and firewall requirements
• Add "console.redhat.com" to allowed hosts table in the proxy table.
