      Description of problem:

      https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/administering_red_hat_satellite/using_webhooks_admin#webhooks-available-events_admin

      https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html/administering_red_hat_satellite/using_webhooks_admin#webhooks-available-events_admin

      We don't document the `failed` events and we also say the hooks will execute only if they are successful but that's not true.

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      Hopefully

      Steps to Reproduce:

      NA

      Actual behavior:

      We say:

      ~~~
      The following table contains a list of webhook events that are available from the Satellite web UI. Action events trigger webhooks only on success, so if an action fails, a webhook is not triggered.
      ~~~

      which is not 100% correct.

      The table also does not have the failed events or actions listed and explained.

      Expected behavior:

      All available events and actions should be properly listed along with their descriptions.

      Business Impact / Additional info:

      Wrong information results in confusions among the end-users about the availability of certain required events, leading to unnecessary delays
