1. Have a content view associated with multiCV hosts and/or multiCV activation keys
2. The multiple CVEs on the hosts/AKs must be the same CV / different LCE

Actual:
On the Content Views page, the host and AK counts will be incorrect.
The content views API response 'hosts' and 'activation_keys' nodes list duplicate hosts/AKs, one for each time the CV appears in one of the host/AK's CVEs.

Expected: no duplicates and correct counts.
