When you remove a content view version from an environment via the web UI wizard, there are two remediations that it helps you with for affected hosts and AKs:

1. Single-environment hosts and AKs are reassigned to the cv/lce that you select in the wizard.
2. Multi-environment hosts and AKs simply have the appropriate content view environment removed from their lists.

If the only affected hosts/AKs are multi-environment, it should not be needed to choose a new cv/lce for [1] above. But the wizard still makes you choose one regardless.

Ideally the wizard should allow you to skip selection if the only affected hosts/AKs are multi-environment.
