Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a host with Satellite and install ansible-core package

2. Run "Ansible Collection - Install from Galaxy" job on host 

3. Verify collection is installed in /etc/ansible/collections/ansible_collections

Actual behavior:
"Ansible Collection - Install from Galaxy" job times out when run on IPv6 host

Expected behavior:
"Ansible Collection - Install from Galaxy" job installs ansible collection successfully, when run on IPv6 host
