Use new host page setting to link to hosts index from content view details page

      We have https://github.com/ianballou/katello/blob/68d69da6c1852f2cc9e128227228db6249081c4a/webpack/scenes/ContentViews/expansions/DetailsExpansion.js#L39 where we link directly to old hosts UI.

      We should be updating to use useForemanHostsPageUrl from 'foremanReact/Root/Context/ForemanContext' to determine host URL for the href.
