Description of problem:

After IPv6 host provisioning two host entries are created. One with the host name we specified while creating the host and second entry with the name `localhost.localdomain`

Both show the build status as installed but  have same mac-address

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Provision a IPv6 host

2. Observe the host entries

3.

Actual behavior:
One extra host entry is created with name `localhost.localdomain`

Expected behavior:
Only single host entry
