      Goal:

      • Investigate potential problems with a custom CDN on an IPv6 network. Update any broken tests to handle IPv6 networks and ensure full test coverage.
      • Continue to fully support Red Hat CDN as it transitions from and IPv4 to IPv6 endpoint. Ensure that existing tests can adequately show developing problems.
      • Continue to support OHSnap content pull on foreman-installer as it transitions to IPv6. Ensure test coverage for developing issues.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Upstream Red Hat entities such as the Red Hat CDN and OHSnap should work identically before and after their respective transitions to an IPv6-based endpoint.
      • Custom CDNs should be shown as fully functional regardless of network type.
      • Any existing QA tests for these areas should pass for foreman/katello servers on IPv4 and IPv6 networks.

      Open questions:

      • How will we track updates from the other teams responsible for OHSnap and RH CDN? What if this work isn't completed before 6.18 freeze?
