.IPv6 address entry in Satellite does not match the IPv6 address of a provisioned host

When you provision a host in an IPv6 network, Satellite contains an IPv6 address that does not match the actual IPv6 address of the host.
This mismatch impairs host management capabilities, such as remote execution.

As a workaround, you can execute `subscription-manager facts --upload` on the host or wait for the next facts upload to resolve the issue.

Description of problem:

After the provisioning the IPv6 address shown in the Satellite UI mismatches with the Host provisioned IPv6 address.

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure the External DHCP server

2. Configure satellite for provisioning

3. After host is provisioned check the IPv6 address that satellite UI shows and what the provisioned host has

Actual behavior:
IPv6 address mismatches between Satellite UI and the host provisioned

Expected behavior:
IPv6 address should be same on both the satellite as well as host provisioned
