Virtual TPM option doesn't work with Image based provisioning method

.Virtual TPM no longer fails in image-based provisioning on VMware

Before this update, image-based provisioning conflicted with the Virtual TPM option, causing firmware reset to BIOS and Virtual TPM disabling on hosts.
As a consequence, Virtual TPM functionality failed during image-based provisioning on VMware.
With this release, Virtual TPM works with image-based provisioning and firmware remains set to UEFI on the host.
As a result, users can now successfully enable Virtual TPM with image-based provisioning on VMware.

      Description of problem:

Virtual TPM option doesn't work with Image based provisioning, and when tried to enable TPM, with firmware choose either automatic/UEFI, it gets reset to BIOS on the host and TPM option gets auto disabled

      How reproducible:

      Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Prepare a Satellite stream setup for provisioning, configure VMware CR and create a image on CR

      2. Provision a host on VMware CR using image based provisioning method and enable virtual TPM option on host by choosing firmware either automatic/UEFI

      3.

      Actual behavior:
TPM is not enabled on the host on VMware, and firmware also gets reset to BIOS on the host

      Expected behavior:
TPM is enabled on the host on VMware, and firmware set as UEFI on the host as TPM option works only with UEFI
