Description of problem:
Provisioning RHEL 10 with internal repositories (latest) fails to run Satellite provisioning script with the following error attached in the screenshot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Prepare a Satellite stream setup for provisioning, and configure VMware/Libvirt CR's
2. Sync internal RHEL10 repositories for provisioning, create and publish CV, create AK
3. Provision a RHEL10 host
Actual behavior:
Provisioning RHEL 10 host fails as RHSM fails to run Satellite provisioning script,
