There are currently no tests for the Navigation case component, but it is still present in the testimony.yaml file so it is still being reported in the QE sign-off sheet with Waiting status.

It should be removed from the yaml file.

Justification:

The UI navigation IMO doesn't need to have dedicated tests because it is being tested via other components navigate though the UI as a part of the test flow. So any bug in the navigation itself should be discovered immediately.

unless there's been found a specific bug that would require a separate test coverage, e.g., uncaught customer bugs.
