Problem Statement

With the growth of container content, especially for workloads such as image-mode and RHEL AI, customers need to be able to fetch container content from load-balanced Capsule setups the same as they do RPM content.

User Experience & Workflow

The user should expect to be able to setup load-balanced Capsules as described in Satellite documentation and use a tool such as podman to pull a container through the load-balancer.

Requirements

• Fully supported in the same way RPM content is
• Can perform full container workflows through a load-balancer

Business Impact

This impacts the ability to use image-mode RHEL and RHEL AI in load-balanced Capsule setups.
