Description of problem:
Despite bootstrap.py has been deprecated and is not even maintained, We still document it completely in the product documentation and make statements like :- 

Use the bootstrap script to automate content registration and Puppet configuration. You can use the bootstrap script to register new hosts, or to migrate existing hosts from RHN, SAM, RHSM, or another Red Hat Satellite instance.

 
But since the time we have made sure in the product that no REST API calls can be executed through capsules, The bootstrap.py cannot work when registering a system through capsule at all .. And this limitation is not documented at all. Please either remove the bootstrap section or else document all known limitations of the script with the registration process. 
 
How reproducible:

Host Registration using Bootstrap scrip is still present in the documentation and it fails while registering hosts.
