Description of problem:

When you try to create a permission Filter for a role in WebUI, the flatpak-related perms are nested under `Katello/flatpak remote`. Should it be `Satellite/flatpak remote` or just `Flatpak remote`?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Role.

2. Try to create a Filter that role with flatpak-related permissions

Actual behavior:
The permissions are nested under `Katello/flatpak remote` Resource Type.

Expected behavior:
I expected just `Flatpak remote` or branded `Satellite/flatpak remote`Resource Type.
