Description of problem:
When clicking the refresh facts button for a discovered host on the Discovered Hosts page, the system returns the above error. Please see screen shot.

Facts are being returned and updated appropriately by remote system, just happens when I force the request with the button.

Satellite:
Red Hat Satellite (build: 6.16.0.1)
RHEL 9:
Linux sat6.parmstrong.ca 5.14.0-503.14.1.el9_5.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Nov 7 15:41:49 EST 2024 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

How reproducible:
Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:
unknown - seems to be related to deprecation of URI.escape
and RHEL9
 
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Upgrade system to Satellite 6.16
2. Leapp upgrade to RHEL 9
3. Discover some hosts.
4. Click the button

Actual behavior:

No error, facts refreshed

Can't demo the functionality.
