Description of problem:

When clicking the action history button on the rh_cloud inventory page it takes you to the foreman-tasks page with a search string which returns nothing even with a task manually executed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click restart on the report generation part of the ui for the org report upload and let it finish
2. Click the kebab and then action history and see the task page with the search string and 0 tasks.
3. Click the x to remove the filter and see the report generation tasks. 

Actual behavior:
Nothing is shown

Expected behavior:
Show the tasks for inventory upload, also we should expand it to include inventory sync as well.
