Description of problem:

While creating an operating system, if a negative value is entered in the major version field, it gets accepted.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hosts -> Provisioning Setup -> Operating Systems

2. In Operating Systems tab fill mandatory field

3. In Major Version take negative value

Actual behavior:
After using a negative value in major version, it creates an operating system (OS).

Expected behavior:
After using a negative value in major version, it should not create an operating system (OS).
