Description of problem:

When registering VMs hosted in the cloud  (eg. AWS) with Red Hat Satellite 6.16, the registration fails with the below error:

Error: Runtime Error cloudOfferingIds contains null element at org.candlepin.model.ConsumerCloudData.setCloudOfferingIds:331 (HTTP error code 500: Internal Server Error)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy Satellite 6.16 or upgrade from Satellite 6.15 to 6.16.

2. Try to register a VM hosted in the cloud environment.

3. The registration fails with a candlepin error.

Actual behavior:
VMs hosted in the cloud environment are not getting registered with Satellite 6.16.

1. rpm -qa | grep -i candlepin
   candlepin-4.4.18-1.el9sat.noarch

Expected behavior:
The VMs hosted in the cloud environment should be registered successfully with the Satellite server without any issues.

Business Impact / Additional info:

Registration process impacted. Patching is delayed.
