      Description of problem:

The last step does not provide any detail and just assumes the Kickstart sync will work.  After following all procedures there is no more information on how to get the BaseOS and Appstream kickstart files synced to Satellite.

      How reproducible:

I have ran through all steps twice and have yet to get the kickstart files to sync in the Satellite GUI.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      Not that I know of.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Follow the steps in the following section.

B.2. Importing Kickstart Repositories for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

      2. Log into the connected or disconnected Satellite GUI and try syncing the kickstart files for RHEL8.  It shows "No repositories available".
      Actual behavior:
[Describe the issue in detail, including what is happening and where]

      Expected behavior:
I expect the RHEL8 kickstart files to be available in the Content...Red Hat Repositories, Kickstart selection.

      Business Impact / Additional info:

Unable to use self managed Satellite to kickstart local server installs.
