Description of problem:
When installing f-b-r-t on EL9, you see the following warning in the DNF output:

  Running scriptlet: foreman-bootloaders-redhat-tftpboot-202102220000-3.el9sat.noarch                                                                                                        295/309 
Error in POSTIN scriptlet in rpm package foreman-bootloaders-redhat-tftpboot

And indeed, running "/usr/bin/foreman-generate-bootloaders x86_64 noinstall" (which is what the post script does), yields:

# /usr/bin/foreman-generate-bootloaders x86_64 noinstall
Please install: yum -y install shim-ia32

shim-ia32 doesn't exist on EL9 and should not be required!
