      Description of problem:

The "Active only" option on "Sync Status" page is no longer properly working in Satellite 6.16. It does not show any active tasks if we reload\refresh the webpage and try checking for active syncs.

      How reproducible:

      100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      Possibly

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install Satellite 6.16  ( Snap 5 )

      2. Import manifest

      3. Enable four repos

      4. Go to Content --> Sync Status page, select any two of them and hit "Synchronize now"

      5. Once the tasks start, Select the "Active Only" checkbox

      6. Hit F5 to refresh the page and redo step 5.

      7. Click on Expand All

      Actual behavior:

Step 5 --> Expected repos are visible where sync is active

Step 6 --> No repos listed

Step 7 --> We can see that for those two repos the state of sync is "running"

      Expected behavior:

The "Active Only" option should work properly and show the repos with active sync tasks.
