Description of problem:

After a Satellite upgrade from 6.14 to 6.15, our OpenSCAP reports continued to show they were working in the Compliance report list. When attempting to view the HTML report, it was not found

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure OpenSCAP reporting including the OVAL content published by RH

2. Run reports from the Satellite 6.15 system

3. Look at Compliance reports list

Actual behavior:
Our OpenSCAP reports include a local OVAL file. There is a 60 second timout applied to OpenSCAP report uploads which are performed as part of the Satellite OpenSCAP scans.

It seems that on Satellite 6.14 these uploads completed in a little under the 60 seconds. At our installation, they now take a little over 60 seconds. The report still shows in the Compliance reports list, and the ARF data seems to be uploaded, but there is a 'silent failure', and the HTML report is not available when requested.

Expected behavior:

Clicking on Full Report in the Satellite Compliance Reports list should show the formatted html OpenSCAP report for a client

Business Impact / Additional info:

Compliance report is broken

We have self resolved this specific instance by finding the Satellite OpenSCAP configuration variable for report upload timeout and setting it to 120 seconds, from the default of 60 seconds. The real issue was false reporting that Compliance reporting was working correctly when it was not, and silently failing the report upload
