Provisioning RHEL 10 halts after the anaconda installer starts giving out error related to ssl certificate verify failed triggered by the rhsm kickstart command

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Provisioning a RHEL 10 host with network boot or Bootdisk menthod

Actual behavior:
Provisioning stops after the anaconda installer starts giving out error related to ssl certificate verify failed triggered by the rhsm kickstart command

Expected behavior:
RHEL10 host provisions succesfully
