Description of problem:
Attempted to provision a host using the Azure compute resource on IPv6 networks, but encountered an error. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Compute Resources(CR) with azurerm provider.
2. Create image in CR
3. Create Host
Actual behavior:
The host is not provisioning on an IPv6 network for the Azure provider.
Expected behavior:
The host should be provisioned using the Azure provider on an IPv6 network.
Business Impact / Additional info:
After creating a network and a subnet within it, the error indicates that the subnet does not have an address prefix of version IPv4. If it is defaulting to an IPv4 address, updating it to include an IPv6 address prefix might resolve the issue. The address space is using an IPv6 address, but during h
