Description of problem:

 OpenJDK 11 reaching EOL is still used in satellite 6.15 and 6.16

On satellite 6.15 it has dependency with puppetserver

$ sudo yum remove java-11-openjdk*

This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.

For puppet server its supposed to work well with openjdk 17 and hence the ask is to get rid of EOL openjdk11 in next release. [If possible]
