Description of problem:

"404 page not found" error for documentation links present on "Discovery Rules" and "Discovered Hosts" page. 

How reproducible:

• Always
• on Satellite 6.15.4.2 and it'll most probably won't work for 6.16.0 and stream as they are using similar url.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

• Yes, the links are working on 6.14.4.3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to  "Configure"  > "Discovery Rules" and "Hosts" > "Discovered Hosts" pages on Satellite.
2. Click on "documentation" button.

Actual behavior:

• User is taken to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/provisioning_hosts/discovering-hosts-on-a-network_provisioning
• "404 Page not found" error.

Expected behavior:

• No 404 error and the correct doc page is show to the user.
