Problem Statement

The width of the columns in Hosts page seems random, some columns waste space while others have their contents truncated:

The first column seems huge for just a checkbox, while columns like Lifecycle environment and Content view have their content truncated, and Actions is once more too wide for just an Edit button.
Additionally there is no ability for the user to manually resize the columns.

The contents displayed in the table are readable with no or minimal interaction required.

Customer has the ability to adjust the width of the columns.

Customer is requesting that the width of the columns is appropriately tailored to the contents of the cells.
Customer is also requesting the ability to manually resize the width of the columns.
