Description of problem:

There is no way to reorder the jobs in the recurring jobs page

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Not sure.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a recurring job

2. Access the jobs page

3.

Actual behavior:
It's not ordered by job id, with that, the job just created can be in the first, second, 3rd page ...

Expected behavior:
To be presenting always on the top and first page, the latest recurring job.

Business Impact / Additional info:

The customer gets lost.
