Description of problem:

When adding the content host to a host group, we can't see the correct number of ch's when checking the host group page.

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Not sure.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a host group

2. Hosts - all hosts, add the machine to the host group

3. In a sequence, open the host group in question

Actual behavior:
The column related to the Content Hosts is still empty

Expected behavior:
See the updated information about the # of content hosts

Business Impact / Additional info:

Eventually, this number will be updated, but I was expecting this to be quicker.
