Description of problem:

Cannot Generate Installed products Report in 6.16.0 

How reproducible: 100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: yes

Steps to Reproduce:
:setup:
1. RH content published in a CV, promoted to LCE, AK created.
All inside an SCA-enabled organization.
2. A RHEL content host.

:steps:
1. Set syspurpose tags of the content host via subman.
2. Register the content host using the AK.
3. Generate 'Host - Installed Products' report.
4. Verify the report generated from the template.
Actual behavior:
undefined method '#purpose_role' for Host::Managed::Jail (Host::Managed) 

Happens when hostname filter is empty and populated

Expected behavior:
Report should generate and contain correct data
