Need to add instructions to update RHEL 9 system for Satellite 6.16 in "Updating Red Hat Satellite" guide

      Description of problem:
      Currently, the Updating Red Hat Satellite guide has steps to update RHEL 8 based Satellite server, as Satellite 6.16 supports RHEL 9 OS, we should add instructions for RHEL9 too.
