.iPXE firmware

Using iPXE firmware for network-boot provisioning was deprecated in 6.17.
Instead, use HTTP booting for hosts in UEFI mode to reduce provisioning times.
Note that iPXE firmware has never been officially supported in Red Hat Satellite.
