Problem Statement

Large and busy Satellite environments often see hundreds of tasks in "running" state and the duration for that task is displayed as many hours.

But often these tasks have a much shorter actual running time and most of their "Duration" time has been spent queueing.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to see how much of the Duration time was queueing and how much was actual running.

User Experience & Workflow

User would expect to see the split between queueing and running times rather than a single "Duration" time.

Requirements

Ability to observe the queueing and running times everywhere where Duration time is currently observable.

Business Impact

User will have a better understanding of the activity taking place in the Satellite, for example be able to determine if the Satellite is under load or if there are insufficient workers for the current workload.
