Users frequently request info about CVEs affecting Satellite. It is not feasible for docs to maintain a list of CVEs for multiple components.

Add a link to the CVE database on the portal. Users can refine the search to find what they want.

Use an attribute for the version number. Link can be added to Additional resources unless we think it needs to be more visible.
