As a user, I should be able to introspect 2 flatpak remotes : Redhat registry and Fedora
The introspection will reach out to the index, identify the repositories and create remote repositories from the index. 

The remote flatpak repositories will be a new model in katello and will contain information we recieve from the index json. 

Reruns of the introspection task should update the remote repositories if any changes have occurred.

The remote and the remote repositories will be global across orgs. The katello repository created will still be scoped by org it was created under.
