Description of problem:
When creating a new image-based hosts with user-data on a libvirt compute resource, an IDE cdrom is added to the vm, but IDE controllers are unsupported on machine type Q35.
Actual behavior:
Create host fail with error
Failed to create a compute uatba801 (Libvirt) instance lucy-brumlow.equiduct.eu: Error saving the server: Call to virDomainDefineXML failed: unsupported configuration: IDE controllers are unsupported for this QEMU binary or machine type"
Expected behavior:
VM is created with out issue
Additional info:
I manually patch rubygem-fog-libvirt using https://github.com/fog/fog-libvirt/pull/137, and I was able to create VM on a Satellite 6.15.3.1
