.`hammer host subscription attach` and `hammer host subscription auto-attach` commands

The `hammer host subscription attach` and `hammer host subscription auto-attach` commands are deprecated in 6.16. The commands are non-functional and do not result in attaching a subscription.

Note: Entitlement-based subscription management was removed in 6.16 (xref:Jira-SAT-27936[SAT-27936]).

      Description of problem:

In the Using the Hammer CLI tool documentation of Satellite 6.16, We still document the following sections i.e.

      11.36.26.1. host subscription attach

      11.36.26.2. host subscription auto-attach

But with Simple Content Access enabled and enforced in Satellite 6.16, These two segments should not be present in the documentation at all, as per my understanding.

Please consult with the respective developers\team to get a confirmation and do the needful.
