Description of problem:

In the release notes of satellite 6.16, under the new features section, We have a point about Puppetserver updated to version 8

If we read the description it says:

Puppetserver 8 is now included in Satellite. Existing clients with puppet-agent 7 will continue to work against Puppetserver 8. {project-client-2-name} repositories will provide puppet-agent 8 for clients. Upgrade of clients to puppet-agent 8 should follow Puppet upgrade docs. 

And I believe {project-client-2-name}  is not expected in the 6.16.0 release and mentions of the repo should be removed.
