Satellite throws no error, but the content is not actually accepted. We need to throw an error to stop this.

This is an issue for all modern versions of Satellite. It's a post Pulp 2 gap.

The proper solution is container push support: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-20280

Otherwise, upload your custom content to Quay and then sync it.
